Swimwear quality
Just watched an amazing B-ball game where Denver did everything you can do, they where amazing..oops the only thing they did not do was win! Lakers 1 Denver 0
Wanted to take a minute to talk about quality. The finest quality swim wear what we call custom quality has alway been our number one mission at Koala. It is more then a mission it is an obsession. We try so hard to make the most perfect fitting and highest quality suits along with designs we enjoy ourselves. We are true swim wear lovers, my love of swim wear and getting the very best quality and designs are the reason I started Koala all those years ago. We sell suits all over the world with about 50% of our production shipping to other countries.
Since our suits are made one at a time by what I think are the most skilled best craftsmen in the swim wear industry( I love my girls they are amazing) the one down side to that is even in this very difficult world economy we never quite catch up with the demand. We have tried working with other shops and so far we have not been able to duplicate the quality and even with unemployment rates so high it is almost impossible to find people with the skill sets we need to make swim wear at the level we expect at Koala.
Every once in a while I need to share this because I wish we could ship every order out the minute it comes in, I am compulsive that way and when an order sits for a week with the customer eagerly awaiting his new suit it stresses me out.
Just wanted to share that.

Couldn't agree more with you; the quality of a swimsuit is the differential in a competitive business and most of the times, it is crucial when deciding to stick with one or other manufacturer.
Koala swimsuits are of high quality, specially in the elastic band and the way it fits in the whole suit, and also in the detail of the finishing of the suit, which is always almost perfect.
I'm suffering from the downside of this aspect which is having to wait a bit longer when a suit isn't in stock: i have an order dated 05.05.09 that it hasn't shipped yet (I'll contact customer service right after writing this comment)...
But, overall, i want to state that the orders have been globally fast attended.
I also want to share with the community that, even when i had problems (with two orders, so far, that have been "lost" by the post), Koala sent me a second item, without charging additional cost, not even delivery costs). And no, I'm not affiliated with Koala, nor reseller from koala, just a satisfied customer. Keep up the good work!

Hi Michael
You're right to care about the quality, your suits are really well-made and I appreciate that. I think if there is a delay in delivery, just a quick email to the customer to explain the delay would make all the difference - but I'm in the UK, so I expect to wait a while anyway!
