Thank you for bringing this up. I have visited Koala Swimwear for a couple of years and have always hesitated to order because i am so well endowed. I think a larger pouch is better. I am well endowed with a 8" but my nuts are huge! I've worn a lot of swimsuits but they are very unconfortable because they tug on my nuts. I would suggest for well endowed guys with big nuts uy the Fully Loaded. There is a lot of room and if your get a hard on, then there is still room.
