Do you have a swimwear goal set for yourself?
Continuing from yesterdays blog, if you are going to try something skimpy on your next trip or if you have decided after sneaking around wearing your tiny thong at the beach only when you are by yourself to come out of the swimwear closet this summer is there anything you are planing on doing with your body. I am always setting goals for myself. One of the biggest motivating factors for working out is how I am going to look in a g-string.I am getting older all the time but my goal for my next birthday is to be in the same shape and weight I was at 25. That was quite some time ago. I have added lots of cardio and weight lifting, b-ball and swimming when it's nice out along with a stretching regiment. It is hard to keep on track especially on those very cold day, yes we finally got a touch of winter this week, it even rained! I enjoy setting goals and I find it very motivating. Here are a couple samples of goals I have set.
Drop 4 pound, when accomplished get a few hours of hanging out naked with the guys at the hot mineral springs.
Drop another 4 and take the cute blond girl to Glen Ivy spa and rub mud all over each other with all the other people doing the same, 90%+women all the while wearing smallest thong, thongs are fine at Glen Ivy. These are samples of motivating goals I have set. I would love to hear some of yours.

I started a food regime about two years ago: i stopped eating desert at my office (i usually lunch there and since it opened, about 3,5 years, i always ate desert), because i was 10 KG heavier than my usual (88, now am 77, 78KG) and i was just no feeling well with my body; also, by this time, i already started to use some lycra shorts and 3/4 or brazilian bikinis and, despite not being able to be just as fit as the models who wear them, i wanted to get more in shape. As you know, more important than the workout, your eating habits have much influence on how much you weigh and how your body looks like; you have to workout to get more defined muscles, but if you don't loose any weight, the muscles won't be 'visible'... So, indeed, despite not liking my body, the main and compelling reason to start working out regularly and engage in a food regime was to be more appealing and comfortable wearing those tight shorts and, progressively, the thong and g-string swimsuits.
I workout 3 to 4 times a week, for 30 or 40 min at each time, and i know it will be almost impossible to go back to my 25 year old 75 or 73 Kg weight (I'm 38 years now), but i intend to maintain this weight, more or so and keep on replacing body fat for muscle. After all, i deserve it and i believe my wife and all others who see me at the beach like me better this way (fit and tanned), on my thongs and g-strings.
