This is how it started for me
When I was around 10 we had neighbors that would come over with their kids to swim. They were in the clothing biz. They were a very European hip couple with beautiful daughters. Just a great looking group of people. He would only wear bikinis from Europe. These were the first bikinis I had ever seen a man wear though I always loved my older sisters string bikinis and found myself trying them on. The first thing I noticed with our friend Al's suits is how perfect they fit him and how the bulge stood out for everyone to see.
He was a handsome tall dark man and all the ladies loved watching him. I just loved the way his bikinis looked on him and I wanted one of my own. Al said he had one that would fit me but my mom said no! End of story. They came over often and I am sure he always noticed me checking out his suits. He loved them tight and skimpy, he was so ahead of his time or maybe just by US standards. At 10 years old I had no idea what the Europeans were doing but since Al traveled there all the time I am sure bikinis were quite normal on their beaches at least with the younger crowd.
My big bikini break came a couple of years later, a total fluke but it got me rolling.
I was over a friends house and we were just hanging out. There were 4 or 5 of us. His mom brought him in so clothes, they to were in the clothing business and in the pile of clothes was a bikini swimsuit. He told his mom he would never wear it and she said oh just keep it, it was a sample his dad had got and she thought it would look good on him. She left the room and he threw it off to the side. Later when the other kids were not around I asked if he was not going to wear it could I have it? He said sure and that was my very first bikini. So much more to add to this story but I will have to do it another day!

I was in high school and was always interested in skimpy suits and showing off. I found that my older brother had a bikini, so I thought I could now buy one for myself. At the store it was fearful and exciting to slyly cruise the speedo rack and more so when I had to pay for it. On the beach I was gun shy to show off, but later when I saw that nice bikini tan line. I was hooked but wanted a smaller tan line. Later I used Jockey's "skant" nylon bikini underwear at beach, then thongs, and now g-strings to show off my huge vacuum pumped balls. "skimpy ain't wimpy, even if your balls and cock are 'shrimpy'"...show them off...hehe

The first time I got into bikinis was at school. I saw a friend in the changing rooms putting on a tiny bikini and it turned me on. I asked him where he got it and then he offered to let me try it on. That felt great and he said so too. we then went down to the woods at the end of the session and stripped down to our swimwear and admired each others briefs.

I started wearing bikinis a little while ago (most precisely, in 2007); until then, i would wear only long surfboard shorts, and whenever i saw someone with a bikini, i used to think: "these guys think they are in the pool"...
I could never imagine that after starting, it would take so little time to get me hooked.
As mentioned, i started with regular short lycra spandex shorts, then afterwards i bought me some regular bikinis, later i bought some bikinis with less front coverage but still with 3$ or full backs (in 2007). In 2008, i started thinking of thongs, bought some; last year i wore almost only thongs (exception made to some public pools, where i wore 3$ or full back bikinis, with skimpy fronts) i bought some g-strings, which i expect to wear this year, in the Summer.
As for wearing all of these kind of suits, i must say that even with the short lycra spandex shorts, i started by being very shy about it (i used to take a few minutes until being able to get fully undressed), but, as i got used to it, it takes me no time to get undressed at the beach, even with the thongs; let's see if with the g-strings I'll 'behave' the same way.
This aspect of being a little shy when trying on new types of suits (especially if you keep reducing the size of them) has a very good feeling, tough, because you get anxious, at first, but you also get a rush of adrenaline and, most of the times, it takes some effort not to get hard (in some types of suits, as the feminized type ones, it isn't comfortable...

As a teenager I was jealous of the girls who got to wear bikinis in public. I vowed that if I could ever get a bikini for men that I would wear it no matter what. I created suits from stings and strips of cloth, but only had the guts to wear them on secluded beaches and only for short periods. I just couldn’t relax.
Finally a store in a resort town, that was near me, got a shipment of smaller suits. The suit I bought had got down to about three inches its narrowest point. Today I’d find that totally boring, but back then it was a big deal.
The reaction to my suit at the beach was negative from some other young people when I wore the suit for the first time. I didn’t care. I was doing what I had dreamed of doing and their opinions did not matter to me.
Later I discovered the wonderful world of mail order, and my swim / sunning wear has been getting smaller and smaller until today. Now I’m almost wearing the preverbal postage stamp to the beach or pool and loving it.

I first had my interest struck in sexy underwear/swim wear when I was really little,"about 5 years old", my sister wore the nylon panties and I was stuck with these ugly tightly whites and I was so jealous that I would sneak a pair of her panties and wear them in secret. Later when I was 11 and in the nth grade and we had to dress out in P.E. "which I was mortified by the way" somebody left a pair of nylon skimpy underwear on the floor of the locker room so I snatched them up and washed them and tried them on. I wore them under my cloths and had a perpetual woo die. I sure miss the 80s back when society said you could wear shorts so short that you had to wear under wear if you didn't want your junk falling out without being criticized. I have some short shorts that fit me very well and show off my legs and bubble butt and all the girls I know are envious of how I look in them but I have to deal with the guys and their comments and also worrying about one of them wanting to fight with me, since there are a lot of sexually insecure rednecks that live here in Ft. Pierce Florida. Sort of makes me want to move to California where I won't be judged for showing some leg. I told one guy that said "Think those shorts are short enough?" and I said "How come you can have the 300 pound fat woman wearing spandex and the rednecks with their beer guts hanging out under their shirt, and the younger girls at the mall that wear a thin shirt with a spare tire bulging out and plumbers crack showing on their shorts that don't fit, and the guys that wear their pants down at the bottom of their ass's,and that's ok, but I can't wear a pair of shorts that fit me well and show off my curves and hard work in the gym with out you having to make a comment about it? He didn't say anything and turned and walked off. Thanks again Koala for all your oustanding swimsuits!

I remember my first encounter with exiting swimwear was seeing my older cousin, when he came over to stay, in a fantastic sexy black satin bikini, with lace-up sides, and I knew I just had to try it on. Which I did, and was instantly aroused. I must have been about 12 at the time, and later - much later - I went on to bikinis, thongs and g-strings, which still give me a thrill. Koala is a wish come true, though there's not much opportunity to show them off in cold and gloomy London.

My first bikini was a knitted tartan boy's brief that I had found on the beach. It was quite stretchy and by removing the lining, there was enough 'give' to pack myself inside that tiny suit. AHhh... the amazing erections that I got while wearing that suit! When I was about 15, I found an add for Parr of Arizona in a yachting magazine... that's when I discovered a whole new experience in minimal men's wear. With access to the Internet a few years ago I discovered Koala and have been working my way into smaller, lust fulfilling suits ever since. This past summer I started wearing some of the suits with a more 'traditional' style of shape. Well at least they seemed 'traditional' to me, but my neigbours think that I've lost my sense of perspective! When I was a teenager in England in the late 70s, my girlfriend told me I needed new swimming trunks. She took me to a sports shop, and picked out a black lycra suit, which I tried on in their changing booth. I'd never worn lycra before, so it was amazingly tight and stretchy. The shiny material had a slight vertical ribbing, and the cut was a hipster brief, almost square-cut, maybe 3" sides. One side had a sporty red panel I seem to remember. I bought it, and I tended to get hard whenever I wore it, which was embarrassing at the time. Since then...yes the suits have got briefer. Smallest I've worn in public so far was a Koala Microglove g-string on the beach on Lanzarote.

My first suit that I got is the Bald Eagle Brazil. I have shaved since I was around 16 or 17 and the idea of showing that off with this suit piqued my interest. When I bought it I just figured I would wear it around the house, but after a few months at the gym I said screw it and wore it. My best friend was shocked and grossed out by it. He dubbed it "The Patch". Ever since then I've been buying more suits and wearing them to the gym. I've gotten to like the feeling of wearing next to nothing while swimming. I'm kind of addicted to buying more so Koala should be happy.

i got into bikinis abot 20 years ago. i bought some bikini underwear and like the look and feel. after wearing the underwear for about a year i bought my first bikini swimsuit. i felt a little strange wearing it in public so i wore a jockstrap underneath to hide the outline of my cock. after awhile i was going swimming at a friends pool and decided to forget the jock. i was a little uncomfortabe and hard at first but it went away. from there it was all down hill. i started to cut the lining out of the suits to bought lioghter coors to shoe more of my cock outline. started shaving my pubes and bought smaller suits. from there mstarted shaving the whole body and moved to g-strings in both swim and underwear. i now wear no underwear. and mininial or no suit at all. living in the northeast part of the county bikinis are just not worn so i try to get ot jamaica as much as possibe. there i can wear gs or nothin

I also started with bikini sized suits, my wife told me you really don't have much on and laughed. I progressed smaller and smaller, but the beached we went to did not allow thongs, but cutting the lining out of all my suits especially the light colored makes them almost make you look nude, I always try to look suprised when they turn see-thru
