One has to be very careful of infection and use VERY clean plugs or they can cause serious damage.

I always enjoy reading your posts, and I while I don't always have something to comment on, sometimes I do. I don't know anything about the urehtra plugs or any of that, but you mentioned tonight your spandex fetish, which I am afflicted with as well. You talked in the past about spandex suits, and I said back then that I would love it if you would carry some suits that are suitable for public (like without a penis shaft).
I wear spandex in public all the time, and it is really hard to find a full length unitard or a bike length unitard for a reasonable price. In fact today I just ordered two full length, sleveless unitards from a company in the UK because I have such a hard time finding them any where else. The dance supply stores seem to have what I want, while Spandexman has some of the more extreme things.
What I like is to wear the spandex in public, even if my bulge is clearly showing, and some suits are pretty sheer or see-through. If I am riding my bike, it seems to make those things seem OK and no one even has the chance to say anything, while I enjoy the feeling of near-nakedness in public.
I would love to see you offer something in that vein, in both the stirup and bike-length unitards, in various colors.
I still buy your other stuff, and I really like some of the shaft suits I bought lately, but I really need some help to figure out how to get myself into a cock cage like with the smoking gun (I think).

I have never tried a penis plug but i do have a P.A. piecing in which i have a P.A. Wand. Which is a bit larger than a plug. I also enjoy Sounding which is like fucking from the inside of my cock.

I LOVE pennis plugs. The ones I get are from fantasyleatherworks.com. They are more moderately priced than other places. Thru-holes are best for peeing. The plugs have to be short (no longer than your soft penis for sure) for a suit since it might not fit in your small suits, and you dont want it stabbing into your bladder while walking/sitting etc.
A penis plug thong sounds terrific! But you will need to offer a size width choice since all dicks are different. This part might be tricky since there can be 15 sizes one millimeter apart.
And the plugs should be cleaned VERY WELL with soap, water, and rubbing alcohol prior to insertion to avoid bladder infection.
