Palm Springs, Newsletter link and more new designs

Here is a link to the new May Koala Newsletter

Do you have a favorite Palm Springs area mineral springs?

More new suits:

Two evil twins:
Invisible Exploits and Invisible Intrusion
These two designs build upon the Invisible Venture design. They are both g-strings with anal ball backs, that is the g-string rear is held in place by inserting the anal balls into your ass. These two designs use cock rings, one metal the other an adjustable spandex to create a perfect micro bikini front that unless you go spread eagle and show how these suits are held in place no one will know.
I designed these to be real beach going suits and you will be amazed and dazzled by their fantastic looks and functionality.

I sent an email to your newsletter email contact (hinc28@socal.rr.com), regarding the first subject of it (getting fit for the summer) but i believe that the content deserves also to be posted here, so here it is:

I do some workouts at home, mostly to be in shape, although i also try to get a little more body mass, maintaining my weight (77Kg, 1,80mt high). I do some (not much) cycling, but I'm not into running, even though i know that's one of the more important aspects (cardio - running, swimming, cycling, etc - is a lot more important than lifting).
As i was searching for exercises to do at home, i found (two years ago) a nice site, all free and without any publicity "tricks", which i send in this email (you decide if you want to publish it or not).
Whenever i believe I'm repeating myself and getting no more 'evolution', i go to the site and review the exercises and workout plans, readjusting as needed. It also has a good section of "killer workouts" and it has a lot of videos, explaining "the correct from" to do most of the exercises. So here it goes:

    http://fitness.scoobysworkshop.com/

Hope you enjoy it as much as i do!

P.S.: It also gave some great advice on nutrition and, in fact, that alone was responsible for my weight loss of about 10KG over these last two years (i lost it almost all during the first year, combining nutrition tips and exercise, gained some muscular mass and still maintained the referred weight)
