I had an appointment near the beach yesterday mid-day and decided instead of taking a lunch break I would go down to the beach to take a run along with doing some yoga stretching if it was nice out. If we end up with sunny days here in Southern California I will try to be at the beach three out of three days. I usually hit the beach between Marina Del Rey and the Venice Pier. The water was refreshing and there were some nice size waves for bodysurfing.
